Terms & Conditions

1 Bookings

• All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• You must provide accurate pickup, drop, date, and time details.
• A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it by call, WhatsApp, or email.
• Please ensure your contact number is reachable for trip coordination.

2 Fares & Payment

• Fares are based on distance, vehicle type, and route as quoted at booking.
• Toll charges, parking fees, permits, and state taxes may be extra unless stated otherwise.
• Waiting charges may apply beyond the agreed free waiting time.
• Payment can be made by cash, UPI, or other modes agreed at the time of booking.

3 Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel a booking by contacting us before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellation charges may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• Any advance paid will be refunded as per our cancellation terms.

4 Driver & Vehicle

• Our drivers are licensed and experienced in their service areas.
• Vehicle allotment may change due to operational needs; a similar category will be provided.
• Drivers follow all applicable traffic and transport regulations.

5 Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other travellers.
• Smoking, alcohol, or any illegal activity in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.
• OnewayCab is not responsible for personal belongings left behind in the vehicle.

6 Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely service, OnewayCab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any loss arising from such delays.

7 Service Area

We operate across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Pondicherry, and all major Indian cities. Availability in certain remote areas may be limited.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
